Our Global Solidarity Summit is just around the corner and the remaining spaces are filling up fast. Reserve your place in Treforest or online now to avoid disappointment! Note: the programme will now begin at 10.00 am, fifteen minutes earlier than previous published.

Delegates can attend two of the four workshops on offer, each of which promises to be more intriguing and invigorating that the last.

We’re excited to welcome Phoebe Ndiema to lead a workshop on land rights and ownership issues facing women and indigenous communities. Born and raised in the Mt. Elgon region of western Kenya, Phoebe is a member of the Ogiek indigenous community and works with the Chepkitale Indigenous People Development Project to ensure the tenure, environmental and human rights of the Ogiek people. She will be joined by Pubudini Wickramaratne, Land Rights Policy Lead at Oxfam International, and Barbara Davies-Quy, Deputy Director of Size of Wales.

Other workshops on Tuesday will focus on practical responses to climate change, digital inclusion in Africa, and how to engage your audiences effectively through data-led communications.
